• The client wanted the pre-appointment data to be visible automatically in a machine in the security room at the entrance.
• The accurate record of in-time and out-time of every visitor and contractor was required to be maintained in the database.

• Cybernetics designed and developed Web Based Visitor Management Software to meet the requirements of our client.
• In Web based Visitor Management Software, the date wise pre-appointment names of the visitor gets reflected in the Software of the security personnel. On arrival of the visitor, the security officer generates the visitor pass from the machine. The IN time of the visitor gets recorded automatically on generation of the pass.

• Hardware : Motorola Barcode reader, Suprema Scanner and I ball camera.

• Block the visitors – No visitor pass gets generated for the visitors who are assigned to this category. A message “The visitor has been banned “ will appear in the screen.
